You should really follow these principles:

1.    Never use the buzzing function in multimeter while checking the contorlling circuit.

2.    Making sure that the grounding terminals are reliably connecting with ground.

3.    Never conduct a hi-pot test.

4.    Never do dangerous things like changing the connecting wire, pluging or unpluging the plug in a power-on state.

5.    There are many CMOS chips in the control circuit of late-model inverters. Touching the circuit board with your hands may damage those chips with electrostatic interactions. That’s why you should pay attention to it.

6.    Never check the signal of circuit with the inverter on. Because the noise and misoperation while doing so might cause the malfunction of inverters.

7.    Because of the large capacitance, there will still be residual voltage in parts related to the charging capacitor aftering cutting off the power of inverters. So, you should never touch those parts before the “charging” lights are off.

8.    The manufacturer has set the inverters before sending them out. Please do not change those sets at will. If you want to restore defaults after changing the initially set, the initialization operation will be needed.

9.    You cannot put the output terminal (U, V, W) of inverters on the AC power.
